Employment Information

Curtin Springs employs a range of short and long term staff. We often have permanent full time positions available. Our expectation that all staff commit to a minimum of 6 months employment.

Curtin Springs has 6 major staffing areas.

1. Store/bar attendant
2. Kitchen - which includes the Cook, Breakfast Cook and Kitchen hands
3. Accommodation/housekeeping
4. Gardener/handyman/maintenance
5. Manager & Assistant Manager
6. Station hand

These areas work on different shifts and all have specific tasks and expectations.
